There is a rogue group of copyright infringers who have stolen a much earlier version of my data - from at least 10 years ago - and have the affrontery to publish that, along with using my name, on their poorly researched website. They claim this is the 'original' Kracker Archive, a ridiculous claim since my Archive has been in a state of continuous development for over 30 years and nobody - NOBODY - has the original. They have no right to use my name or my data and readers who come across this nonsense should do nothing to encourage theft of this nature. I am outraged by this blatant theft and misrepresentation of my lifetime's work. The ONLY person I have ever authorized to publish my data and use my name is Kelvin Youngs, who earned my trust and respect many years ago and is authorized by me to publish my work on whichever website he organizes, currently this being its present home at the highly respected Aircrew Remembered.

Injured in a landing accident overturned after hitting an obstruction, at St Andre airfield on 6 September, 1943 (Boiten). Injured in a crash at Beauxon 13 August, 1943 due to a fuel shortage. Rudi Pflanzs wingman in December, 1941. Claimed a "damaged" Spitfire in the Gravelines area on 14 August, 1941. One known victory, a Spitfire north of Calais on 29 August, 1941. His 2nd, a Spitfire NW of Boulogne on 17 September, 1941. A 3rd Spitfire north of Brest on 7 January, 1942. A 4t, a Spitfire on 5 April, 1943. A 5th, another Spitfire on 11 April, 1943. A 6th, a B-24 D on 16 April, 1943. A 7th, a Lancaster W of Chartres at Courville-sur-Eure on 15 August, 1943. An 8th, a B-17 1 km SW of Tours on 6 September, 1943. Added: An Ofw at the time, Bigge and Lt Detlef Grossfuss took part in the first night interception sortie, 17 January, 1944, in the modified Fw 190A-6/R6 (C.Sundin).

WIA 5 July, 1944 at St Andre during aerial combat with P-47s (Boiten). One known double victory, both Halifax; one 1 km NNW of Verneuil, the other by Beaune on 12 August, 1943. A triple victory on 16 August, 1943; a Halifax 3 km SSW of Rugles, a Lancaster 3 km SE of Orbec-en-Auge and a 2nd Lancaster 500m S of Houlgate. A "4 mot Flzg" 25 km N of Ornemündung on 17 August, 1943. A B-24 on 30 December 1943. A P-47 on 21 January, 1944. A Dragonfly 12 km NW of Nettuno on 29 February, 1944. A B-24 5 km W of Tarquinia airfield on 3 March, 1944. Two B-26s at Charleville on 7 May, 1944. A P-38 20km NW of Romilly, Fr. on 8 May, 1944 (C.König). A P-47 SW of Evreux on 5 July, 1944. Magnus.

29 February 1944,: From the 2. Staffel, Lt. Detlef Grossfus claimed a 'Dragonfly' (the Germans’ generic name for Allied artillery spotters, in this case an Auster of 'C' Flight, 655 Sqd, flown by Capt. A.G. Dick). (Source ghostbombders.com) Added: He survived the war and became an editor of the Kieler Nachrichten- Alternative name: Großfuß or Grossfuß or Großfuss (all possible writings in German) (CKönig)
