There is a rogue group of copyright infringers who have stolen a much earlier version of my data - from at least 10 years ago - and have the affrontery to publish that, along with using my name, on their poorly researched website. They claim this is the 'original' Kracker Archive, a ridiculous claim since my Archive has been in a state of continuous development for over 30 years and nobody - NOBODY - has the original. They have no right to use my name or my data and readers who come across this nonsense should do nothing to encourage theft of this nature. I am outraged by this blatant theft and misrepresentation of my lifetime's work. The ONLY person I have ever authorized to publish my data and use my name is Kelvin Youngs, who earned my trust and respect many years ago and is authorized by me to publish my work on whichever website he organizes, currently this being its present home at the highly respected Aircrew Remembered.

Fighter Operational Clasp		Wübke was shot down six times while with JG-54. In large white letters (in German), he had painted "I fly for the Reichsbahn". When asked about this, he said "I always come back by train" which he had done on his last three missions. Most times his AC were salvagable. His last was on 27 July, 1943 in Werk# 20097 "White 2" just east of the Schiphol, Holland Airfield. He had been wounded two times while serving with JG-54. His first known Channel victory, a Blenheim on 9 September, 1940. His 2nd, a Blenheim on 11 September, 1940, no location. His 3rd, a Spitfire in the Rochester area on 5 October, 1940. A 4th, a Blenheim in the Ashford/Chatham area on 9 October, 1940. A 5th, a Blenheim 10 km NW of Den Helder on 27 October, 1940. Fw 190D-9s of JV-44 provided protection for Me 262s. His D-9 was "Red 3". Scored one victory in his nightshirt during the Leningrad Operations. His 1st known Soviet victories, a SB-2 and two SB-3s, on 22 June, 1941. An SB-2 on 11 July, 1941. An R-5 on 14 June, 1942. A LaGG-3 on 9 September, 1942. An Il-2 on 4 January, 1943. An Il-2 on 5 January, 1943. Magnus, 15 victories. Bowers/Lednicer, 15 victories. Bolten 16 victories.

Fighter Operational Clasp		POW 1 January, 1945 by the British. Unable to locate Volkel airfield, he selected highway transport to strafe, but was hit by a British Tempests of RNZAF No 486 Sq., piloted by Sq Ldr "Spike" Umbers(KilledInAction (KIA) 2/14/45). He shot down one Spitfire before he was hit by the New Zealander and forced to bail out with injuries, and be captured 24 miles east of Eindhoven, at Rouwkuilenweg, Venray. Peter was released from captivity in 1948 and settled in Wales. He died suddenly on 2 June, 1997, at age 74, while on a pilgrimage to St Petersburg Russia.

A P-51 over Romania on 5 April, 1944. Two B-17s on 9 April, 1944, no location. His 15th & 16th, both B-24s at Neuseidler See on 10 May, 1944. His 20th, a B-24 (HSS) SSW of Sankt-Pölten on 29 May, 1944. A double on 16 June, 1944; both B-24s at Mor, SE of Raab. I've narrowed the first letter possibilities down to B,F,H,R,S or W, found nothing, even changing the spelling to _einbacher. Any help would be appreciated. One source suggested Georg Reinbacher of 8/JG-54, which assumes the "oner" on the end is incorrect. I think this man is Georg Reinbacher, carried in the Archive, 2 victories.

His Ju 88 crashed into the North Sea by Petten, off the Dutch coast (DeSwart & Wiki Luft). Remaining crew: Oblt Ludwig Blankenhahn (WIA), Obs; Fw Rolf Lampmann, Gnr (WIA) and Ofw W. Tonne, R/O (Safe) (Wiki Luft data & D.Drury). Added: 3(F)/122's 2000th mission took place on 15 June, 1943 with Zabiensky and Tonne. Blankenhahn and Lampmann missed this milestone due to their injuries on the night of 12/13 June, 1943. Ofw Zabiensky is now buried at Ysselsteyn, CT/12/300 after the 20 August, 1943 incident (D.Drury).
