This aircraft was severely damaged in a surprise attack over Ramsgate by fighters of RAF No. 54 Sq. shortly after his 2nd victory. He was not injured in the crash landing at Sandwich Golf Club.
One known victory, his 1st, a Hawk-75A at Chantilly, 26th May 1940. His 2nd, a Spitfire at Dover on 26th August 1940.
