There is a rogue group of copyright infringers who have stolen a much earlier version of my data - from at least 10 years ago - and have the affrontery to publish that, along with using my name, on their poorly researched website. They claim this is the 'original' Kracker Archive, a ridiculous claim since my Archive has been in a state of continuous development for over 30 years and nobody - NOBODY - has the original. They have no right to use my name or my data and readers who come across this nonsense should do nothing to encourage theft of this nature. I am outraged by this blatant theft and misrepresentation of my lifetime's work. The ONLY person I have ever authorized to publish my data and use my name is Kelvin Youngs, who earned my trust and respect many years ago and is authorized by me to publish my work on whichever website he organizes, currently this being its present home at the highly respected Aircrew Remembered.

One known victory, a Wellington at Map Quadrant 547 6F on 18 August, 1942. Also known to have downed at least one Halifax. This Halifax is believed to be a Halifax II of RAF No. 158 Sq. which crashed into the Waddenzee the night of 19-20 July, 1942 (Chorley; "RAF Bomber Command Losses, 1942"). Found on Frost List at PilotenBunker. WWI pilot with EK1 & 2 and EP. The oldest Nighter Fighter Pilot in WWII.

Wildblood, 10 miles E of Coquet Island. Helm eased the He 111 into a controlled ditching, and it managed to stay afloat for three minutes for three of the crew to evacuate via the roof over the cockpit. The three did manage to get into the dingy. The body of Uffz Karl Lassnig, along with the dingy, washed ashore at Whitley Bay on 1 March, 1940, Several days later, the body of Hans Helm was recovered. Both were buried in the Chevington Cemetery; Lassnig Sec H, Gr 21 & Helm Sec H, Gr 24. It is not known what happened to the third survivor, and he is listed MIA with the remainder of the crew: Uffz Heinrich Buckisch, Ofw Artur Thiele and Gefr Walter Rixen. Added: Buckisch, or Buchisch, has been reported as the pilot (D.Drury).

Buried Fort de Malmaison France, Block 2/17/1415 (A.Rosseels). Added: Remaining crew (KilledInAction (KIA)): Ogefr Arthur woock and Uffz Fritz Schlögl (C.König). One known victory, a "4 mot" at Westerwald on 31 March, 1944. A 2nd & 3rd, both Lancasters; one 18 km SSE of Namur, the other at Eschweiler, on 23 April, 1944. A 4th, a "4 mot" at Ghent 1 May, 1944.
