Alternate spelling: Brandstätter (Chorley). Author Chorley identified him as Adolf, whereas the OKL reported his name as Eugen. Added: Crashed unharmed/wounded? on 10/11 August 1943 during landing process at airfield Biblis near Worms due to defensive fire .
