There is a rogue group of copyright infringers who have stolen a much earlier version of my data - from at least 10 years ago - and have the affrontery to publish that, along with using my name, on their poorly researched website. They claim this is the 'original' Kracker Archive, a ridiculous claim since my Archive has been in a state of continuous development for over 30 years and nobody - NOBODY - has the original. They have no right to use my name or my data and readers who come across this nonsense should do nothing to encourage theft of this nature. I am outraged by this blatant theft and misrepresentation of my lifetime's work. The ONLY person I have ever authorized to publish my data and use my name is Kelvin Youngs, who earned my trust and respect many years ago and is authorized by me to publish my work on whichever website he organizes, currently this being its present home at the highly respected Aircrew Remembered.

On approach, he crashed into high tension wires. Buried Berlin-Zehl-Dahlem (Rosseels). Approx 600 combat missions. 54 victories in the East. His first victory, a Hampden west of Hardanger Fjord, 21 June, 1940. His 4th, a Hudson in Norway on 14 October, 1940. His 5th, a Blenheim 14 km SE of Morlaix on 30 November, 1940. On 22 July, 1942, force landed #10256 at Murovskij due to engine failure. He was not injured. On 12 August, 1942, force landed #10132 at Motovsk after aerial combat damage. Added: 10132 was found in 1990, restored, and found in Natn'l. Aviation Museum, Ottawa, Can.. One of his last known victories, a Mosquito 35 km SW of Wiener Neustadt on 10 May, 1944. Most victories in the East. His first known Soviet victory, a LaGG-5 and an R-5 on 8 December, 1943. An Il-2 on 15 February, 1944. Joined Luftwaffe in 1937. He was the son a Gen. der Fliegers, Victor Carganico. Said to have been a hard core Nazi. Not well liked (..."unsympathetic, ambitious, stubborn and unjust") by some of his young pilots. Also flew Bf 109E-7 "White 7" in July 1941 as Stfkpt 1/JG-77. Bowers/Lednicer, 60 victories.

One known victory, his 1st, a Hudson northeast of Helgoland, 30 September, 1939. His 2nd, a Blenheim on 27 May, 1940, no location. His 3rd, a Blenheim R-3732 of RAF No. 21 Sq., NW of Stavanger on 9 July, 1940. A 4th (referred to as his 3rd by OKL), a Hudson in Norway on 24 October, 1940. A 5th, a Blenheim on 27 March, 1941, no location. Added: Shot down by flak, 6 April, 1941, the first day of the invasion of Yugoslavia. He returned to his group, without injury, after making a forced landing.
