Nos 3 & 4, both Bloch 151s S of Sedan on 14 May, 1940. His 5th, making him an Ace, a Battle at Sedan on 14 May, 1940. Two Morane 406s in the Reims/Epernay area on 11 June, 1940. Plus 6 victories in Spain. 12 victories in JG-26. 350 missions in the West plus 200 in Spain. His 9th a Hurricane on 15 August, 1940, no location. His 10th, a Spitfire on 18 August, no location. Nos.11 & 12, Spitfires at Dungeness on 29 August, 1940. His 15th, a Hurricane SE of Maidstone on 14 September, 1940. His 20th victory, a Spitfire west of Dunkirk on 22 June, 1941. His last victory, No.22, a Spitfire S of Dunkirk on 2 July, 1941. Added: Approx. 200 combat missions in Spain and approx. 350 combat missions in the West (CKönig). Deceased 4 April, 2000. |
