There is a rogue group of copyright infringers who have stolen a much earlier version of my data - from at least 10 years ago - and have the affrontery to publish that, along with using my name, on their poorly researched website. They claim this is the 'original' Kracker Archive, a ridiculous claim since my Archive has been in a state of continuous development for over 30 years and nobody - NOBODY - has the original. They have no right to use my name or my data and readers who come across this nonsense should do nothing to encourage theft of this nature. I am outraged by this blatant theft and misrepresentation of my lifetime's work. The ONLY person I have ever authorized to publish my data and use my name is Kelvin Youngs, who earned my trust and respect many years ago and is authorized by me to publish my work on whichever website he organizes, currently this being its present home at the highly respected Aircrew Remembered.

Dive Bmbr Oper.Clasp w/Pend.		1071 missions, including 70 with the Fw 190. One known victory, a Soviet Yak-9 on 5 December, 1944. 12 unconfirmed aerial victories. Destroyed 51 tanks, 2 armored trains, numerous shipping hits. Shot down, suffering a broken jaw; hit by MG fire from a LaGG-3, piloted by Starshina Shakh, of 11 GIAP, on 24 April, 1942. He bailed safely and managed to return to his base at Krasnoye-Selo. A fighter pilot dispatched the LaGG-3, avoiding a worse fate for the Stuka pilot. Shot down repeatedly over the Kuban bridgehead. His EP was awarded on 8 December, 1941. Deceased 24 March, 1997 (Heinrich Breuer). Added: The mission on 24 April, 1942 was to attack shipping at Kronstadt, located on Kotlin Island in Kronstadt Bay, west of Leningrad. Whether sd by Skakh or flak, Maj Bauer was injured making a forced landing at Krasnoye-Selo, SSW of Lenningrad. He was out of action until 25 February, 1943 (D.Drury).

Shot down with wounds 23 December, 1944 by German Flak over Bucholt while attempting to disrupt B-17s headed for the Ardennes. One known victory, his 1st, a B-24 on 8 April, 1944, no location. His 2nd, a B-17 on 11 April, 1944, no location. His 3rd, a B-17 on 18 April, 1944, no location. His 4th, a B-17 on 22 April, 1944, no location. His 5th, a B-17 at Gotha-Erfurt,in the Merseburg region, on 21 November, 1944. A P-51 on 5 December, 1944. A P-47 on 23 December, 1944, just before being wounded, his A-8 crashing near Lichtenvoorde Holland (DeSwart). An 8th, a P-51 opposing the Berlin-Münster Raid on 5 December, 1944.
