There is a rogue group of copyright infringers who have stolen a much earlier version of my data - from at least 10 years ago - and have the affrontery to publish that, along with using my name, on their poorly researched website. They claim this is the 'original' Kracker Archive, a ridiculous claim since my Archive has been in a state of continuous development for over 30 years and nobody - NOBODY - has the original. They have no right to use my name or my data and readers who come across this nonsense should do nothing to encourage theft of this nature. I am outraged by this blatant theft and misrepresentation of my lifetime's work. The ONLY person I have ever authorized to publish my data and use my name is Kelvin Youngs, who earned my trust and respect many years ago and is authorized by me to publish my work on whichever website he organizes, currently this being its present home at the highly respected Aircrew Remembered.

POW 16 September, 1944 after being shot down without injury in "Blue 13" by a P-47 of 56FG. He bailed successfully, and was taken prisoner upon landing inside the Belgian border (B.Spoelstra). A "New Growth" pilot. One known victory, his 1st, a P-51 of 354FG at Rambouillet (Houdan, S of Mantes) on 16 August, 1944. A second victory was a P-38 of 474FG, 428FS, piloted by Capt James Austin (WIA) N of Beauvais on 25 August, 1944. Austin bailed out with serious injures. None of his 8 Staffel comrades survived the war. His wingman, Uffz Erich Klein was killed 27 September, 1944. In July, 2005, he resides at Ingelheimer Str. 41, 28199 Bremen, a good friend of Werner Molge.. (alternative spelling Ottomar Kruse)

KilledInAction (KIA) the night of 17/18 May, 1943; crashing on takeoff at Venlo airfield due to an engine fire (Boiten). One known victory, a Lancaster on 9 April, 1943. A 2nd Lancaster, 1 km southeast of Ezaart on 27 April, 1943. His 3rd, a Halifax on the Dortmund raid on 5 May, 1943. A 4th, a Wellington on 13 May, 1943. His Bf 110 crashed at Venlo Holland on 18 May, 1943, cause and pilot/crew disposition unknown (DeSwart). Magnus & Boiten, 6 victories. Added: Ofw Kruse buried at Ysselsteyn, BM-3-75. His R/O-Gnr, Fw E.Reuter, survived the crash by bailing (Find-A-Grave by Fred).
