Two known victories, his 1st & 2nd, a Hurricane and a Lysander, both northwest of Lille, 19 May, 1940. The same day, he was known to "damage" another Hurricane, same location. His 3rd, a Hawk-75 at Paris on 3 June, 1940. His 4th, a Hurricane at Le Tourquet on 7 June, 1940. His 5th, a Battle at Pont Audemer, 14 June, 1940. His 8th, a Spitfire over England on 7 September, 1940. His first known Soviet victory, his 16th & 17th, both unidentified AC on 21 January, 1942. An I-16 Rata on 23 February, 1942. A triple on 2 March, 1942; two I-301s and a BB-5. An R-5 on 17 March, 1942. An Il-2 on 24 March, 1942. An R-5 on 21 April, 1942. Another R-5 on 23 April, 1942. Another R-5 on 25 April, 1942. Added: Altho unclear, his death seems to be a result of hitting power lines as he approached Stalino airfield, and was electrocuted. His remains have not been transferred to a military cemetery, but a grave is understood to exist at Donezk, Ukraine. He is commemorated in the collective cemetery Donezk-Sammelfriedhof, Ukraine (D.Drury).
