There is a rogue group of copyright infringers who have stolen a much earlier version of my data - from at least 10 years ago - and have the affrontery to publish that, along with using my name, on their poorly researched website. They claim this is the 'original' Kracker Archive, a ridiculous claim since my Archive has been in a state of continuous development for over 30 years and nobody - NOBODY - has the original. They have no right to use my name or my data and readers who come across this nonsense should do nothing to encourage theft of this nature. I am outraged by this blatant theft and misrepresentation of my lifetime's work. The ONLY person I have ever authorized to publish my data and use my name is Kelvin Youngs, who earned my trust and respect many years ago and is authorized by me to publish my work on whichever website he organizes, currently this being its present home at the highly respected Aircrew Remembered.

An article in "Black Cross, Red Star, Vol 2, said he had been left behind, for which his Kdr, Hptm Woitke was courtmartialed and demoted. One known victory, his 1st, a Hawk-75A south of Reims, 9 June, 1940. His 2nd, a Spitfire W of Dover on 14 February, 1941. Magnus.

KilledInAction (KIA) 24 December, 1944 in aerial combat in "Gray 20" with an RCAF Spitfire piloted by F/L D.I. Hall of No. 414 Sq.. He fell near Aachen in his AC, no known grave. His 1st victory, a Blenheim at Aumale on 31 May, 1940. His 2nd victory, a Morane southwest of Compiegne, 3 June, 1940. His 3rd, a Spitfire on 26 August, 1940, no location. His 4th, a Spitfire near Southend on 5 September, 1940. Nos.5 & 6, both Spitfires at Staplehurst on 9 September, 1940. His 7th, a Spitfire S of London on 15 September, 1940. His 8th, a Spitfire in the London area on 18 September, 1940. His 9th, a Hawk-75 on 27 September, 1940, no location. His 10th, a Spitfire at Maidstone on 14 February, 1941. His 1st Soviet victories, an I-15 and a DB-2 S of Jarena on 22 June, 1941. Another known victory, a P-39 southeast of El-Daba on 9 October, 1942. His 21st victory, a B-17 on 9 October, 1943. A B-24 NNE of Achmer airfield on 21 February, 1944. His 28th victory, a P-38 in the Vernon area on 18 July, 1944. His last victory, as Stfkpt 12/JG-1, a B-17 (HSS) on 23 December, 1944. 1936 Olympic decathalon participant. Altho recommended for the RK, the award was refused by Göring! Joined the Luftwaffe in 1935. 4 victories (I-16 Rata, CK) in Spain. Served as Stfkpt in 6/JG-3 in 1940.
