The Blenheim

Her name was Grace – She was one of the best,

And there came the night when l gave her the test;

I looked at her with joy and delight,

For she was mine for the whole of the night,

She looked so pretty, so sweet, so slim,

The night was dark and the lights were dim,

I was so thrilled my heart missed a beat,

For l knew that that night l was in for a treat;

I’d seen her stripped, I’d seen her bare,

I’d felt all around her, I’d felt her everywhere,

But this was the night l liked her best

For this was the night, I’d give her the test.

We started off, she screamed for joy,

For this was her very first night with a boy;

I got as high as quick as l could,

I handled her well, her response was good.

I turned her over right on her side,

Then on her back, all ways l tried,

It was one great thrill, she’s the best in the land

that beautiful ‘Blenheim’ of Bomber Command.

Copied many times for various aircraft types.
