Nav: Sgt. Edmund Ostrowski 794586 PAF Age 21. Killed

REASON FOR LOSS:

Taking off on a training flight when using the exercise it appears that a wing became detached - the aircraft then crashed close to the village of Weston Patrick in Hampshire.

It is worth pointing out to readers that Polish Squadrons, in general, held the Navigator as the Captain of the aircraft.

Sgt. Edmund Ostrowski. Newark Cemetery. War Graves Plot Section O. Grave 320. Next of kin details not available - are you able to assist? Born in Reboucas, Brazil on the 21st April 1922.
