REASON FOR LOSS:
Taking off on a training flight when using the exercise it appears that a wing became detached - the aircraft then crashed close to the village of Weston Patrick in Hampshire.
It is worth pointing out to readers that Polish Squadrons, in general, held the Navigator as the Captain of the aircraft.
