Solution
(1) If you are trying to reach a page that no longer exists on our site then you will receive our '404 Page Not Found' error. Check the spelling of the address is correct in your browser. If you still get the error then it means the page does not exist.
(2) If you are using a desktop computer (Mac or Windows), try to reach the page via a tablet (eg iPad) or smartphone (eg iPhone). If you can reach the page on the tablet or phone this confirms the problem has got something to do with your desktop computer rather than with the site itself.
(3) Unfortunately, the prevalence of bad actors infiltrating legitimate websites is on the increase and we have to protect our site from such attacks. Prevention usually involves the use of special security systems which can introduce problems from time to time. Our security layer is provided by Cloudflare. Cloudflare intercepts all request for a page on our site and uses a proxy address for a requested page rather than the address you typed in. You do not see this proxy address and so far as you are concerned you are connecting via the address you typed in. Obviously there is scope in this scheme for something to go awry. If you get a message that Cloudflare is attempting to connect you, and you then do not get to the page you want, it is still possible that part of our site is down, but it is also possible you are inadvertently using the wrong proxy address. Contact us via the Helpdesk and we will advise further.
If you are using an incorrect proxy address this would manifest itself for a page you previously got to successfully, but now your attempt fails. In this case it is possible your desktop cache is storing the now-incorrect proxy address which no longer works, instead of trying to reach the new, correct proxy address. You need to clear this old proxy address from your system and you do this by resetting the cache in your browser, then closing the browser and then trying again. If this fails, you should try with another browser. If the second browser works, this will confirm the original browser is using an incorrect address in its cache.
Some browsers provide 'Incognito' mode. This will ignore any entries already in your browser cache and try to reach the page directly. If this works, it confirms the issue is related to your browser cache rather than our site. Incognito mode can be found in the Main menu or File menu in most browsers.
Browsers use different names for private browsing such as Incognito mode, Private mode, or InPrivate mode.
When browsing in incognito mode, anything you search for and websites you visit won't show up in your browsing history.
Information on Incognito Mode is here:

If clearing the browser cache does not work, it is possible your computer's DNS Cache is storing the wrong address. Flushing your computer DNS cache is simple. On Windows, follow the instructions at:
https://shaadlife.com/flush-and-reset-dns-in-windows-10/
On Mac follow these instructions:

It should not be necessary to go to these lengths but bad actors can destroy an entire website if no protection is in place. Cloudflare delivers billions of addresses correctly every day but just occasionally a caching problem can arise.
In any case, we will always try to help so do not hesitate to contact us via the Helpdesk
