I have a problem with the site, and I am running Windows XP

Unfortunately we can't help.

XP is VERY old and in fact, Microsoft has discontinued support for it altogether.

We simply don't have the resources to test our site against every operating system out there. We test against popular operating systems that are still being supported where we can.

In the Windows environment the bulk of our testing is on Windows 10, which is Microsoft's latest and greatest. We understand it is a free upgrade so our advice would be to take advantage of that and get yourself upgraded.
